The Canterbury Tales by Tacit Theatre 23 March

A promenade production of Geoffrey Chaucer's The Canterbury Tales by Tacit Theatre, at Theatre Delicatessen 3 Picton Place, a derelict four-storey nestled behind Selfridges and a stone's throw from St Christopher's Place, in central London, from 23 March to 24 April 2010.

The space has been turned into a fully functioning medieval tavern complete with live music and a bar, serving real ale and spiced wine throughout the show. The tales unfold in a mixture of song, dance and general mischief, as a group of travelers, rogues and wenches tell Geoffrey Chaucer's tales, which have delighted, disgusted and entertained for centuries.
