First look at Mark Strong in David Hare's The Red Barn at the National Theatre

David Hare's new play The Red Barn officially opens at the National Theatre's Lyttelton Theatre this evening, 17 October 2016. Based on the novel La Main by Georges Simenon, the production is directed by Robert Icke and features designs by Bunny Christie, lighting design by Paule Constable, sound design by Tom Gibbons and video and projection design by Tim Reid.

"Connecticut, 1969. On their way back from a party, two couples struggle home through the snow. Not everyone arrives safely..."

Mark Strong leads a cast which also includes Elizabeth Debicki, Hope Davis, Michael Elwyn, Stuart Milligan, Anna Skellern, Nigel Whitmey, Oliver Alvin-Wilson and Jade Yourell.
