About King's Head Theatre
The King's Head Theatre was founded in 1970, with Dan Crawford serving as artistic director for 35 years. Mr Cinders, starring Joanna Lumley opened at the off-West End venue, with other acclaimed productions including Wonderful Town and Tom Stoppard's Artist Descending a Staircase.
In 2016, over 43,000 theatregoers attended a show at King's Head Theatre. In 2019, the King’s Head Theatre’s production of Kevin Elyot’s Coming Clean transferred to Trafalgar Studios Two.
