From 29 July to 31 August, Battersea Power Station will become one of London’s must-visit destinations, as the waterfront overlooking the River Thames transforms into a playground for adults and children alike.
Alongside a roller rink and Big Wheel experience, you can engage in a game of pétanque on the Coaling Jetty. The goal is simple: two teams take to one court, and once all boules have been thrown, points are awarded to the team with the closest boule to the jack. The first team to hit 13 points wins!
The social sport is perfect for beginners and seasoned players, and you can make the game into a full afternoon or evening event with a curated selection of street food, sweet treats and refreshing beverages, all available on the boardwalk.
