Carrie Hope Fletcher to star in ‘The Witches of Eastwick’

Carrie Hope Fletcher will play Sukie in The Witches of Eastwick. She’s currently playing Cinderella in Cinderella at the Gillian Lynne Theatre. Natasha J. Barnes will play Alexandra and the Olivier-nominated actress Laura Pitt-Pulford will play Jane.

Due to the indisposition of Giles Terera, John Partridge will now play Darryl Van Horne in The Witches of Eastwick. Claire Moore will play Felicia Gabriel, Nathan Amzi will play Clyde Gabriel, Alfie Friedman will play Michael Spofford and Chrissie Bhima will play Jennifer Gabriel.

The full company includes Lydia Bannister, Isabel Canning, Aoife Dunn, Christopher Howell, Emma Knudsen, Martin McCarthy, Benjamin Mundy, Emily Ooi, Joshua Robinson, Rachel Spurrell, Rafe Watts, and accompaniment by The Guildford School of Acting Choir.

Set in Eastwick, the musical follows three women as they believe Darryl is the devil incarnate before being seduced by him and gaining new powers.

Maria Friedman directs The Witches of Eastwick concert, which also features musical staging by Chrissie Cartwright, lighting design by Simon Sherriff and sound design by Adam Fisher.

The Witches of Eastwick is at the Sondheim Theatre.
