Casting confirmed for The Ugly One at Royal Court

Cast update for The Ugly One, which opens at the Royal Court Downstairs 12 June 2008, following previews from 10 June 2008 - running to 28 June 2008

The cast will again include Amanda Drew, Michael Gould and Frank McCusker who starred in the play at the theatre Upstairs last year. They are joined by Simon Paisley Day.

It is directed by Ramin Gray, lighting by Jeremy Herbert, lighting by Charles Balfour, sound by Nick Powell.

Lette thought he was normal. When the extent of his ugliness is revealed he turns to a plastic surgeon for help. But after the bandages come off, Lette soon learns that there is such a thing as too beautiful.
