UPDATE: Death Drop performances are currently suspended. Death Drop will now run at the Garrick Theatre from 3 - 28 March.

A drag queen murder mystery will open at the Garrick Theatre in December, starring RuPaul's Drag Race performers Courtney Act and Monét X Change. Titled Death Drop, the comedy play will run at the Garrick from 3 Dec. 2020 - 17 Jan. 2021.

Set in the early 1990s, tensions rise between the guests as they reveal their jawdropping pasts. One by one, they sashay away until the last moment when the surviving guests discover who the murderer really is!

The cast stars Courtney Act, who reached the final in season six of Drag Race. Since then, she's won Celebrity Big Brother and stars on ITV's Celebrity Karaoke Club. Playing Shazza in the show, Act said: "I can't wait to get back onto a stage in front of real people this Christmas and I especially can't wait to make my West End debut in Death Drop! It's such a hilarious show and it's just what we all need after months of being locked away."

Best known for winning the fourth season of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars, Monét X Change will play Summer Raines, an American weather girl in London. Drag queens Kemah Bob, LoUis CYfer, Anna Phylactic, Holly Stars and Vinegar Strokes complete the cast.

Death Drop is at the Garrick Theatre from 3 Dec. 2020 - 17 Jan. 2021.
