In celebration of the hit comedy Elf’s 20th anniversary, the musical adaptation will return to the West End this holiday season. The limited engagement will run at the Dominion Theatre from 15 November to 6 January 2024.

The musical, based on the acclaimed holiday film starring Will Ferrell, features a book by Thomas Meehan and Bob Martin, and music by Matthew Sklar and Chad Beguelin. The comedy follows Buddy, a man raised by elves at the North Pole, who embarks on a journey to New York City to find his birth father.

Several cast members from last year’s sold-out production will reprise their roles, including Georgina Castle as Jovie, Rebecca Lock as Emily Hobbs, Nicholas Pound as Santa, Kim Ismay as Debs, and Dermot Canavan as Store Manager. Casting for the roles of Buddy and Walter Hobbs will be announced at a later date.

Philip Wm. McKinley returns to direct. The production will feature choreography by Liam Steel, set and costume designs by Tim Goodchild, lighting design by Patrick Woodroffe, sound by Gareth Owen, and video design by Ian William Galloway.
