Haydn Gwynne to join ‘The Great British Bake Off Musical’ cast in the West End

The Great British Bake Off Musical actors make a showstopping cast. The musical begins previews at the Noel Coward Theatre on 25 February, with an opening night on 6 March, and performances to 13 May. Book The Great British Bake Off Musical tickets on London Theatre.

Haydn Gwynne joins the Bake Off musical as Pam Lee, the judge based off of Prue Leith. The four-time Olivier Award-nominee recently played Evangeline Harcourt in Anything Goes. Her West End CV includes City of Angels, Billy Elliot, and Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown.

The Bake Off cast includes John Owen Jones as Phil Hollinghurst, the judge based on Paul Hollywood, Aharon Rayner, Catriana Sandison, Charlotte Wakefield, Claire Moore, Damian Humbley, Georgie Westall, Grace Mouat, Jamil Abbasi, Jay Saighal, Michael Cahill, Scott Paige, Stuart Hickey, and Zoe Birkett. Aanya Shah, Amelie Rouse and Maisy Mein share the child role of Lily.

Based on the hit competition show, The Great British Bake Off Musical follows people from all walks of life as they share their love of cooking. The musical premiered at Cheltenham's Everyman Theatre in 2022 — find out more about the musical in London.

Jake Brunger and Pippa Cleary create the Bake Off musical, with direction by Rachel Kavanaugh, choreography by Georgina Lamb, set, costume and cake design by Alice Power, lighting design by Ben Cracknell, and sound design by Ben Harrison.
