'Legally Blonde' sets full cast at Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre

Performances begin on 13 May.

Omigod you guys! Complete casting has been announced for this summer's production of Legally Blonde at Regent's Park Open Air Theatre. Performances begin on 13 May ahead of a 20 May opening, and the show runs through 2 July. Legally Blonde tickets are on sale now.

The complete cast includes Gabriela Benedetti, Lucca Chadwick-Patel, Jasmin Colangelo, Allie Daniel, Joe Foster, Dominic Lamb, Esme Laudat, Liam McEvoy, Billy Nevers, Ashley Rowe, Shakira Simpson, Biancha Szynal and Paulo Teixeira.

They join the previously announced Courtney Bowman as Elle Woods, alongside Michael Ahomka-Lindsay, Lauren Drew, Vanessa Fisher, Isaac Hesketh, Nadine Higgin, Alžbeta Matyšáková, Eugene McCoy, Grace Mouat, Alistair Toovey, and Hannah Yun Chamberlain.

Based on the hit 2001 film, Legally Blonde centers on sorority president Elle Woods, who follows her ex-boyfriend to Harvard Law School in the hopes of winning him back. Though she doesn't much care about law at first, she defies the odds to succeed and proves that beauty and brains can exist in equal measure.

Six co-creator Lucy Moss will direct the production. Legally Blonde is the first production in the Regent's Park summer theatre season, followed by 101 Dalmatians and Antigone. Learn more about the 2022 season.
