Luke Bayer to star in ‘DIVA: Live from Hell!’

The All About Eve-inspired musical runs at the Turbine Theatre.

See Luke Bayer in the one-man musical, DIVA: Live from Hell! at the Turbine Theatre this summer. DIVA: Live from Hell! previews begin on 17 August, ahead of an opening night on 19 August and performances to 3 September.

DIVA: Live from Hell! follows high-schooler Desmond Channing as he spends his life in the drama club spotlight. His high school prowess is threatened by Evan Harris, a new transfer student. Desmond then finds himself in Hell and forced to relive events. DIVA: Live from Hell! is inspired by the 1950 film, All About Eve.

Luke Bayer will play Desmond in the UK premiere of DIVA: Live From Hell!. He’s previously starred in Millennials and Everybody’s Talking About Jamie

The musical features a book and characters by Nora Brigid Monahan, music and lyrics by Alexander Sage Oyen, and directed by Joe McNeice.
