UPDATE: In a tweet from Wild Mountain Productions, all concerts as part of the Monday Night at the Apollo series have been postponed. New dates for all concerts will take place from April 2021.

A brand new concert series will be staged at the Apollo Theatre in January, with performances available to watch in person or via a livestream. Three events in Monday Night at the Apollo have been scheduled from 11 January to 8 Feb. 2021, with casting confirmed for the first concert.

Greg Barnett will host the series, which will see West End stars sing a mix of music from all genres. Audiences can also expect to learn more about the respective artists in a cosy setting.

"The challenges of 2020 have forced us, like many in the industry, to adapt and embrace unforeseen obstacles to create something new." said Barnett and producer Hugh Summers. "The arts mean so much to so many people and we feel it is important to do everything we can to continue to show its value and raise awareness to the challenges it is facing. As well as contributing to the reopening of our sector, we will be raising money to support the thousands of freelancers who are struggling to survive the pandemic through the incredible organisation 'Acting for Others'."

The full line-up for the first concert includes husband and wife duo Rosalie Craig and Hadley Fraser. Together, they appeared in the City of Angels revival at the Garrick Theatre, which was suspended in March 2020. Arthur Darvil will also star, previously starring in Sweet Charity at the Donmar Warehouse. They'll be joined by Lucie Jones and Cedric Neal, who are both appearing in A Christmas Carol at the Dominion Theatre this December.

Performers for subsequent concerts on 25 January and 8 February are to be announced.

Proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to Acting for Others, supporting 14 individual theatrical charities across the United Kingdom.

Everybody's Talking About Jamie will continue to run at the Apollo Theatre, with tickets on sale now.

Monday Night at the Apollo is at the Apollo Theatre from 11 January - 8 Feb. 2021.
