‘Musicals by Candlelight’ is back, with songs from 'Evita' and more
Listen to string quartet compositions of popular songs from hit West End shows like Moulin Rouge! The Musical in a concert series at The Actors’ Church.
Enjoy an evening of tranquil music at Musicals by Candlelight. The concert series returns to The Actors' Church on select dates from 13 April to 10 June.
Now in its second year, the concert series will feature a new repertoire for 2023. The candlelit concerts will include songs from The Greatest Showman, Dirty Dancing, Evita, Pretty Woman, Hairspray, 9 to 5, and Grease.
The prize-winning chamber music group, Icon String Quartet, will play at all concerts.
Musicals by Candlelight concerts take place at St Paul's Church, a Covent Garden-based location commonly referred to as The Actors' Church.
