Summary
- Musical magician Rafferty Coope joins the cast of Now You See Me Live
- The show plays at the London Coliseum this summer
- Coope reached the final of Britain's Got Talent in 2025
Rafferty Coope, the talented 17-year-old musical musician, will complete the exciting cast of Now You See Me Live as a special guest act. This stage illusion spectacular runs at the London Coliseum from 31 July to 6 September.
Coope shot to fame when KSI awarded him his Golden Buzzer following his audition for Britain's Got Talent in 2025, which involved a piano-led card trick. Cooper then impressed with a mind-reading act in the semi-final, set to Queen’s “Don’t Stop Me Now”, and with a grand final performance involving Amanda Holden’s levitating ring and the reveal of a secret message.
Coope said of joining the cast: “The Now You See Me films were a massive part of my childhood, which helped get me hooked on magic. It blows my mind to think that I will be performing in Now You See Me Live at the London Coliseum in the West End this summer. It's a huge honour to perform in this show with some of the best magical talent in the world. I can't wait to get started and to share that incredible magical feeling I got from watching the films, on stage, with as many people as possible. Remember, 'the closer you look, the less you see'.”
Coope joins the previously announced “The Horsemen”: illusion designer and performer Enzo Weyne; leading escapologist Andrew Basso; rising star of modern magic Gabriella Lester; award-winning British magician Matthew Pomeroy; next-generation manipulation artist Eden Choi; and acclaimed Scottish albino stage hypnotist Fraser Penman.
Inspired by the worldwide blockbuster Now You See Me film franchise, the illusion show uses high-tech illusions, solo stunts, and spectacle to bring the magic to life on stage.
The show's executive producer Tim Lawson said: “We are thrilled to welcome Rafferty Coope to the show’s spectacular line-up. Raffery won everybody’s heart on Britain’s Got Talent and we know he will cast the same magic spell on our audiences at the London Coliseum this summer. Along with Britain’s Got Talent’s fellow alumni Fraser Penman and Eden Choi, and the internationally revered stars of the show, the Four Horsemen, Now You See Me Live is set to continue to deliver jaw-dropping entertainment for audiences of all ages.”
