Royal Court productions to West End's Duke of York's

Two Royal Court Theatre productions are to transfer to the West End's Duke of York's Theatre, co-produced with Ambassador Theatre Group.

Posh by Laura Wade, opens 23 May 2012, following previews from 11 May - running to 4 Aug 2012. (The drama orginally ran at the Royal Court Downstairs in Apr/May 2010). It is directed by Lyndsey Turner, with designs by Anthony Ward. Cast to be confirmed! In an oak-panelled room in Oxford, ten young bloods with cut-glass vowels and deep pockets are meeting, intent on restoring their right to rule. Members of an elite student dining society, the boys are bunkering down for a wild night of debauchery, decadence and bloody good wine. But this isn't just a jolly: they're planning a revolution. Welcome to the Riot Club.

Jumpy by April De Angelis, opens 28 Aug 2012, following previews from 16 Aug - running to 3 Nov 2012. (The drama orginally ran at the Royal Court Downstairs in Oct/Nov 2011). It is directed by Nina Raine, with designs by Lizzie Clachan. Tamsin Greig returns, the rest of cast to be confirmed! A mother, a wife, and fifty, Hilary once protested at Greenham. Now her protests tend to focus on persuading her teenage daughter to go out fully clothed.
