Showstopper! The Improvised Musical announces limited engagement at The Other Palace

Showstopper! The Improvised Musical have announced an eight week run at The Other Palace alongside monthly performances at the Lyric Theatre.

During the run at The Other Palace, the cast will celebrate a landmark of 1000 unique performances.

Showstopper! The Improvised Musical  is an improvised comedy musical theatre show, with cast members taking suggestions from the audience to create a brand new musical for each performance. The show started in 2008, later debuting in the West End in 2015 at the Apollo Theatre. In 2016, Showstopper! became the first improvised production to be nominated for an Olivier Award, later winning the award for best entertainment and family show.

For eleven consecutive years, Showstopper!  have gained notoriety at the Edinburgh Fringe in a 750 seat auditorium, winning numerous awards including best character at the Chortle Awards and Best of the Fringe by The Times.

Dylan Emery and Adam Meggido are the co-creators and co-directors of Showstopper!, leading a rotating company of 17 cast members and 10 musicians.

Showstopper!  will continue to play monthly performances at the Lyric Theatre, with performances on 28th January 2019, 18th February 2019, 11th March 2019, 13th May 2019, 17th June 2019, 15th July 2019 and 23rd September 2019.

Showstopper! The Improvised Musical  will play at The Other Palace from 22nd January 2019 to 16th March 2019.
