‘The Little Mermaid’ parody musical ‘Unfortunate’ sets full cast

The Unfortunate cast are definitely not “Poor Unfortunate Souls”. Find out the full cast for Unfortunate: The Untold Story of Ursula the Sea Witch, which runs at Underbelly Festival Earl’s Court from 21 June to 16 July. Unfortunate: The Untold Story of Ursula the Sea Witch tickets are on sale now.

The Little Mermaid parody musical centres around Ursula as she recalls what happened under the sea. Press material states the show will explore core themes in Disney films and how Ursula is a “pop culture legend.”

Elliotte Williams- N’Dure leads the Unfortunate cast as Ursula. She’s previously starred in Sylvia at the Old Vic and Jesus Christ Superstar at Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre. The cast includes Miracle Chance as Ariel, Jack Gray as Scuttle, Jamie Mawson as Eric, Allie Munro as Sebastian and George Whitty as Triton.

Robyn Grant directs Unfortunate, with choreography by Melody Sinclair, set design by Abby Clarke, costume design by Cory Shipp, sound design by Dominic Cusack and Joe Cusack.
