‘2:22 - A Ghost Story’ to move to fourth West End theatre

The play continues at the Lyric Theatre in 2023.

Don’t get spooked! 2:22 - A Ghost Story will move to its fourth West End theatre in 2023. 2:22 - A Ghost Story will play a limited engagement at the Lyric Theatre, with performances from 21 January to 23 April. Book 2:22 - A Ghost Story tickets on London Theatre.

Danny Robin's 2:22 - A Ghost Story play follows Jenny and Sam, a couple who have just moved into their new home. While Jenny believes the house is haunted, Sam is skeptical, so they invite dinner guests over to find out the truth. Even though beliefs clash, but the quartet stay up to 2:22am to discover strange goings-on.

2:22 - A Ghost Story premiered at the Noel Coward Theatre in 2021, and in a review, our critic said: "2:22 A Ghost Story has [lots] on its mind, including a meditation on the debilitating legacy of loss that stays with you long after the collective nervous laughter from the crowd has ceased."

After its debut, the play then moved to the Gielgud Theatre in winter 2021, and the Criterion Theatre in summer 2022.

2:22 - A Ghost Story plays its final performance at the Criterion Theatre on 8 January. The show then moves to the Lyric Theatre two weeks later, with performances from 21 January.

Casting for 2:22 - A Ghost Story at the Lyric Theatre will be revealed at a later date.

Who has starred in 2:22 - A Ghost Story?

Many celebrities have appeared in 2:22 - A Ghost Story in the West End. Lily Allen, Julia Chan, Hadley Fraser and Jake Wood were the original cast. Giovanna Fletcher, Stephanie Beatriz, Elliot Cowan, and James Buckley then took part in performances at the Gielgud Theatre.

The first Criterion Theatre cast starred Mandip Gill, Beatriz Romilly, Tom Felton and Sam Swainsbury. 2:22 - A Ghost Story currently stars Laura Whitmore, Tamsin Carroll, Felix Scott and Matt Willis.
