‘A Fight Against… (Una Lucha Contra…)’ sets cast at Royal Court

The Spanish play has been translated by William Gregory.

The full cast for Pablo Manzi's A Fight Against... (Una Lucha Contra...) has been named, with performances at the Royal Court from 9 December to 22 January. The original Spanish text has been translated into English by William Gregory

A Fight Against... explores how violence has created and torn apart communities across the Americas. During the play, audiences meet a hangman in Mexico, a Chilean lecturer and a study group in the USA.

Eduardo Arcelus, Joseph Balderrama, Pepa Duarte, Pía Laborde-Noguez, Jimena Larraguivel and Sebastian Orozco will star in A Fight Against... performances. Sam Pritchard directs, with scenic design by Rosie Elnile, lighting design by Elliot Griggs, sound design by Ben Grant and movement direction by Fernanda Muoz-Newsome.

On 21 January, the performance will have Spanish surtitles. All performances will be spoken in English.

A Fight Against... (Una Lucha Contra...) is at the Royal Court from 9 December to 22 January.
