Cast revealed for 'Expecting' at Riverside Studios
A host of stars, including Harry Potter, Bridgerton, and Game of Thrones actors, will take to the stage in new play Expecting at Riverside Studios.
The full cast has been announced for Scott Elmegreen and Drew Fornarola’s Expecting, which begins performances at Riverside Studios in London on 30 January 2027, running through 27 March.
Andy Sandberg directs John Bradley (3 Body Problem, Game of Thrones), Joe Dempsie (Game of Thrones, Skins), Katie Leung (Bridgerton, Harry Potter), and Jamie-Lee O’Donnell (Screw, Derry Girls).
The new play focuses on couple Zoey and Ethan, who are deciding whether or not to have a baby. Amidst falling birthrates and the challenges of adulthood, Expecting explores why couples are waiting longer to have children.
The venue's Mainstage Season also includes Affluenza, which is now in previews, as well as Sacrilegious by Academy Award winner Tom Schulman.
