Full casting has been revealed for the world premiere of Suzie Miller's [*Inter Alia*](https://www.londontheatre.co.uk/show/43751-inter-alia) at the National Theatre. Performances begin in the Lyttleton Theatre from 10 July, through to 13 September.

Joining Oscar and BAFTA nominee Rosamund Pike (*Saltburn, Gone Girl*), who makes her National Theatre debut, are Jamie Glover (*Waterloo Road*) and Jasper Talbot (*Redlands*). The understudies include Louisa Clein (*Emmerdale*), Luke Garner-Greene (*The Road Trip*), and Thomas Michaelson (*The Father*).

*Inter Alia* follows the story of London Crown Court Judge Jessica Parks, who has her life upturned by a single event. The show reunites Miller with director Justin Martin, following the success of the Jodie Comer-led *Prima Facie* also at the venue.

The creative team also includes set and costume designer Miriam Buether, lighting designer Natasha Chivers, movement and intimacy director Lucy Hind, sound designers Ben and Max Ringham, video designer Willie Williams for Treatment Studio, composers Erin LeCount and James Jacob, and voice coach William Conacher.

The show will also be broadcast live on 4 September into UK cinemas.

*Inter Alia* in London is written by Suzie Miller, who has written more than 40 plays over the course of her career, including *Prima Facie*, in which she earned an Olivier Award for Best New Play. This production is directed by Justin Martin (*Kyoto, The Fear of 13, Prima Facie*). *Inter Alia* reunites Miller and Martin after their success with *Prima Facie*. 

*Inter Alia* is a play with an expert creative team, including costume design by Miriam Buether, lighting design by Natasha Chivers, movement and intimacy direction by Lucy Hind, sound design by Ben and Max Ringham, video design by Willie Williams for Treatment Studio, and voice coaching by William Conacher. 

This production will be professionally recorded for cinema release in the UK on 4 September and global release on 25 September. 

"Following the success of the National Theatre Live release of *Prima Facie* which has now been seen on the big screen by 1.4 million people—I'm thrilled to have *Inter Alia* broadcast to cinemas," Miller said. "I've witnessed firsthand how NTLive can not only reach but deeply connect with and impact audiences across the world, and I hope this play will do the same."

The Lyttelton Theatre is a prominent venue in London, known for its contribution to arts and culture. Belonging to the Royal National Theatre, it's one of the three auditoriums which together host a broad spectrum of performances. The Lyttelton comfortably seats an audience of 890 over two levels, the stalls and circle. Unique for its proscenium arch design, it offers a close connection between audience and performer, providing a traditional atmosphere. Being a part of the Royal National Theatre, the Lyttelton shares all of its modern and efficient facilities, including comfortable seating, superb sight lines, and superior acoustics. ## How to Get to Lyttelton Theatre 

Based in South Bank, the theatre is well connected to London's various transport options. Nearest tubes include Waterloo Station, serviced by the Northern, Jubilee, Bakerloo, and Waterloo & City lines. From Waterloo Station, the theatre is just a few minutes walk via Waterloo Bridge. Several bus services also pass close to the theatre, including routes 1, 4, 26, 59, 68, 76, 168, 171, 172, 176, 188, and X68. Driving is not recommended due to limited parking facilities.

Lyttelton Theatre

The Lyttelton Theatre takes its name from the first board chairman of the National Theatre, Oliver Lyttelton. It is one of three auditoriums in the [National Theatre](https://www.londontheatre.co.uk/theatres/national-theatre):  the [Olivier Theatre](https://www.londontheatre.co.uk/theatres/olivier-theatre-national) and the [Dorfman Theatre](https://www.londontheatre.co.uk/theatres/dorfman-theatre-national). The 890-seat theatre is smaller than most West End houses, and offers a very intimate theatrical experience.

The theatre was designed with a traditional proscenium arch. The proscenium arch may be adjusted to create different stage spaces, as well as accommodating an orchestra pit.

The auditorium has two levels, Stalls and Circle, both of which are raked, offering exceptional views from all seats. The space offers exceptional acoustics and sightlines for the audience — there are no restricted view seats.
