Further casting announced for 'An Oak Tree' at The Other Palace

Further casting has been announced for Tim Crouch's An Oak Tree, which begins performances at The Other Palace in London on 7 October, running through 15 November.

The theatrical experiment sees a different guest artist join Crouch at every performance, stepping on stage without ever having read or rehearsed the play.

Additional casting includes Sean Gilder (Bad Apples, Dear England) on 27 October, Brian Gleeson (Bad Sisters, The Brightening Air) on 30 October, Sophie Melville (Clarkston, Iphigenia in Splott) on 25 October, Juliet Stevenson (Truly, Madly, Deeply. The Doctor) on 18 October, Rhashan Stone (Hollington Drive, Ghosts) on 11 October, Olivia Williams (The Crown, One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest) on 10 October, and Ria Zmitrowicz (The Doctor, Ilford Boy) on 8 November.

They join Hammed Animashaun on 29 October, Bessie Carter on 16 October, Rosalie Craig on 9 October, Sacha Dhawan on 23 October, George Fouracres on 10 November, Clare Perkins on 13 October, Tom Mothersdale on 14 October, and Gemma Whelan on 15 October.

An Oak Tree is part of Francesca Moody Productions’ new season at The Other Palace, which brings together three shows that started life at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. The season also includes Feeling Afraid As If Something Terrible is Going to Happen, and Garry Starr: Classic Penguins.
