UPDATE: The opening date for Jersey Boys at Trafalgar Theatre has been pushed back. Performances will now begin on 2 June. 

Who loves you pretty baby? Jersey Boys is making its return to the UK in 2021. The Olivier and Tony-winning musical will start performances at the new Trafalgar Theatre on 14 April 2021 with opening night set for 21 April 2021. Casting will be announced at a later date. 

Jersey Boys tells the story of the rise of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons and how their incredible harmonies took them from four guys in New Jersey to global superstars. Featuring songs like "Walk Like A Man," "December, 1963 (Oh What a Night)," "Big Girls Don't Cry," "Can't Take My Eyes Off You," "Working My Way Back to You," "Rag Doll," and "Who Loves You," the jukebox musical is jam-packed with classic hits to tell the group's story.

Jersey Boys ran for over 11 years on Broadway, winning the Tony Award for Best Musical and earning the title of 12th longest running show in Broadway history. The musical took London by storm for nine years, from 2008 to 2017 and became the 6th longest running show on the West End at the time. Jersey Boys also won the Olivier Award for Best New Musical. The show has been seen around the world by over 27 million people. 

Formerly known as Trafalgar Studios, the new Trafalgar Theatre is a multi-million dollar restoration process that brings the space back to a single venue design with all the original heritage and seating arrangements in place. The theatre follows Covid-19 secure guidelines, including hand sanitation stations, track and trace, contactless tickets, temperature checks, and more.
