Shut up and dance with the Moulin Rouge! The Musical London cast for even longer. Moulin Rouge! The Musical extends at the Piccadilly Theatre to 7 Jan. 2023. Moulin Rouge! The Musical tickets are available now.

Moulin Rouge! The Musical follows an American writer, Christian, who visits Paris for literary inspiration. While there, he falls in love with the club’s singing sensation, Satine. At the same time, the Duke of Monroth is vying for Satine's affection, and sparks fly in the Parisian cabaret.

Moulin Rouge! The Musical opened in January 2022, and in a four-star review for London Theatre, our critic said: "This, mon chérie, is an all-new, all-adrenaline rush of a show that leverages the movie's magic and adds the secret ingredient: theatrical magic."

Jamie Bogyo and Liisi LaFontaine lead the Moulin Rouge! The Musical company as Christian as Satine respectively. The cast features Clive Carter as Harold Zidler, Simon Bailey as the Duke, Jason Pennycooke as Toulouse-Lautrec and Elia Lo Tauro as Santiago.

Moulin Rouge! The Musical is based on Baz Luhrmann's 2001 film of the same name. Alex Timbers directs, with choreography by Sonya Tayeh, design by Derek McLane, costume design by Catherine Zuber, lighting design by Justin Townsend, and sound design by Peter Hylenski. Here’s how the Moulin Rouge! The Musical cast and creative team bring the original film to life.

Moulin Rouge! The Musical will give a live televised performance on Britain’s Got Talent on 30 May. See the best of the West End on Britain’s Got Talent here.
