Nathalie Harrison will take over from Charlotte d’Amboise as The Swan, joining Jesse Tyler Ferguson in Jay Presson Allen’s play Tru to complete the show's run

Harrison is a former dancer with The Royal Ballet, where she enjoyed a career spanning nearly 20 years, performing in a wide range of classical and contemporary repertoire. Since leaving The Royal Ballet, Harrison has developed a diverse career as a creative producer, movement director and actor, working across theatre, music, concerts, film, and live performance.

Tru is set in 1975, when Breakfast at Tiffany’s author Truman Capote became a social pariah overnight, after publically betraying of the group of New York socialites known as the Swans.

Drawn entirely from Capote’s own words, this funny and heartbreaking play is an unflinching portrait of an artist at his breaking point, confronting the events of his past life and the consequences of his most scandalous work.

Tru runs at the Menier Chocolate Factory until 14 November.
