Stereophonic transports audiences to a California recording studio in the '70s, where a band is recording the album that might cause their big break — or their breakup. The show came to London following a hit Broadway run in 2024, which received a record-breaking 13 Tony Award nominations and won five, including Best Play.
"This remarkable play about a rock band captures the agony and ecstasy of artistic collaboration," London Theatre's four-star Stereophonic review reads.
David Adjmi wrote Stereophonic, and Daniel Aukin directs, reprising his role from Broadway. Three Broadway cast members also transferred with the show — Chris Stack as Simon, Eli Gelb as Grover, and Andrew R. Butler as Charlie, alongside new actors Zachary Hart as Reg, Lucy Karczewski as Diana, Jack Riddiford as Peter, and Nia Towle as Holly.
