Rose Ayling-Ellis to star in ‘As You Like It’

The Shakespeare play runs at @sohoplace.

Josie Rourke will direct a production of William Shakespeare’s As You Like It, opening later this year. As You Like It is at @sohoplace from 6 December to 28 January 2023.

The all-star As You Like It production will feature 2021 Strictly Come Dancing winner and Eastenders actor Rose Ayling-Ellis as Celia. Find out more about Strictly Come Dancing celebrities in the West End.

The company includes Leah Harvey as Rosalind, Alfred Enoch as Orlando, Martha Plimpton as Jaques, Tom Mison as Touchstone, Allie Daniel as Amiens, Tom Edden as Duke Frederick, Dickon Gough as Charles, Gabriella Leon as Audrey, Mary Malone as Phoebe, Syakira Moeladi as Hisperia, Nathan Queeley-Dennis as Silvius, Cal Watson, June Watson, and Ben Wiggins.

Rob Jones designs As You Like It, with lighting design by Howard Harrison, sound design by John Leonard, and music by Michael Bruce.

@sohoplace is currently home to its inaugural production Marvellous.. Marvellous runs to 26 November.
