It seems like with every casting announcement of the last few years, each show has at least one actor with a Game of Thrones credit. The rise of Westerosteans on stage is spreading, and this year there's an influx of leading actors taking roles in the West End. Check out the current Game of Thrones stars in West End shows.

Emilia Clarke

The Mother of Dragons is back. Emilia Clarke will make her West End debut as Nina in Anton Chekhov's The Seagull. Anya Reiss adapts the Chekhov play to remould the original story with modern focuses in mind. But you can still expect the personal and professional relationships of two actors to explode in dramatic fashion.

Clarke's The Seagull performance will be a far cry from Daenerys Targaryen. She'll play Nina in the production, alongside a cast including Game of Thrones's Ellaria Sand, Indira Varma, Tom Rhys Harries, and Daniel Monks. Jamie Lloyd directs The Seagull, so expect a new take on a cherished theatre classic. The Seagull runs at the Harold Pinter Theatre in summer 2022.
