All Bob's Women to close early 29 June 2008!

All Bob's Women, a musical comedy by Romy Padovano, in a new adaptation by Michael W Kelly, has posted early closing notices at the Arts Theatre for 29 June 2008, after receiving a mauling from the critics.

The show, which which opened at the Arts Theatre 24 June 2008, following previews from 18 June was originally booking to 23 Aug 2008.

Guido Fabris, for lead producers Chokolate, said: "Unfortunately this is another example of a European hit getting lost in translation in London. The original Italian version of "All Bob's Women" ran for nine months in Milan. We are extremely proud of our cast and production team and the hard work they put in."

The show features Amy Booth-Steel (the first Nancy hopeful voted out of the BBC1 talent search 'I'll Do Anything) and Nicole Faraday (from ITV's Bad Girls).The rest of the cast are: Sharon Cherry Ballard, Danielle Corlass, Sam Oatley, Tanya Robb, Lucy Thatcher.

It is directed by Russell Labey, designed by Jason Denvir, choreographed by Sadie Flower, lighting by Mike Robertson, musical arranger & musical director Sacha Puttnam. It is produced by Society Productions Ltd and Chokolate Ltd & PayperMoon (Milan).

Casasanova Bob is a man on a mission: to seduce five very different women and manage to keep them apart so they don't become aware of all his other conquests. And this Lothario is so desperate to score with them all and keep their existence a secret from the others that he resorts to extreme measures to learn their secret desires.
