A new London production of the Off-Broadway musical I'm Getting My Act Together and Taking it on the Road by Nancy Ford and Gretchen Cryer will run at the Jermyn Street Theatre, a fringe venue in central London from 6 to 23 July 2016, with an official opening on 9 July.

Produced by SDWC Productions the production is directed by Matthew Gould, with design by Matthew Gould and Edward Lliffe and lighting by Mitchell Reeve. The cast features Landi Oshinowo and Nicolas Colicos.

This musical tells the story of singer songwriter Heather Jones who is finally breaking out of her celebrity mould, reaching for a new life as a new woman - no longer 'daughter', 'wife' and ' celebrity product.

Originally produced by Joseph Papp and the New York Shakespeare Festival at The Public Theater, off-Broadway, the show ran between 1978 and 1981 for a total 1165 performances. It opened in London in 1981 in a production which starred Diane Langton.
