Mark Feehily and Emma Williams to star in ‘The Secret Garden’ concert
Hadley Fraser and Maiya Quansah-Breed will also take part.
A concert performance of The Secret Garden musical will take place in the West End this summer. The Secret Garden is at the London Palladium on 28 August. Book The Secret Garden tickets on London Theatre.
The Secret Garden musical is based on Frances Hodgson Burnett’s 1911 novel of the same name. The musical follows Mary Lennox, a young girl who is sent from India to England to live with her relatives. While in her new surroundings, she discovers a secret walled garden and finds adventure in a manor house.
Westlife’s Mark Feehily will make his West End debut in The Secret Garden as Neville Craven. He’s joined by Hadley Fraser as Archibald Craven, Maiya Quansah-Breed as Martha, Alex Thomas-Smith as Dickon and Emma Williams as Lily.
The Secret Garden cast includes Darcy Jacobs as Mary, Isaac Lancel-Watkinson as Colin, Michael Riseley as Captain Albert Lennox, Linda John-Pierre as Mrs Medlock, Grace Mouat as Alice, Aleyna Mohanraj as Ayah, Johndeep More as Fakir, Glain Rhys as Rose, Howard Scott Walker as Ben Weatherstaff, and narration by Lucy Drever.
The concert production of The Secret Garden features a book and lyrics by Marsha Norman, music by Lucy Simon, and direction by Nick Winston. The show features lighting design by Joseph Thomas and sound design by Jonny Dickie and Joshua Robins.
The Secret Garden is at the London Palladium on 28 August.
