Complete third-year cast set for 'The Devil Wears Prada' in the West End

The Devil Wears Prada follows aspiring journalist Andy as she is initiated into the world of high fashion through an assistant position to the formidable Miranda Priestly.

The runway line-up is complete for the third-year cast of The Devil Wears Prada in the West End, as the musical continues performances at the Dominion Theatre.

Joining the previously announced Teri Hatcher (Cabaret, The Adam’s Family), who takes over from fellow Desperate Housewives star Vanessa Williams as Miranda Priestly, and Matt Henry (Kinky Boots, Drifters Girl) as Nigel are Jenna Bonner (Tina The Musical), who moves from first cover to Andy Sachs, and Dean Makowski-Clayton (Marie Curie, A New Musical), who moves from the role of Irv Ravitz to Nate.

Taila Halford (Shucked) will continue as the first assistant Emily and Dominic Andersen (Heathers The Musical) will also continue as Christian.

The ensemble includes Jak Allen-Anderson, Georgia Aspinall, Anta Bah, Evonnee Bentley-Holder, Teagan Denham, Russell Dickson, Eve Drysdale, Selina Hamilton, Helen Hill, Kimberley Hoyle, Emma Johnson, Justin-Lee Jones, Mark Lamb, Ethan Le Phong, Zixi Li, Shannon Molloy, Jacob Morrish, Nay-Nay, Eddylia Osborne, David Peter Brown, Theo UK Rose, João Silva, Ellie Stevens, Maisy Stones, Kayleigh Thadani, Hannah Victoria-Bennett andAlex Woodward.

Debbie Kurup (The Body Guard, The Cher Show) will continue as first standby Miranda Priestly and will play the role full time from 21 September – 20 October, when Hatcher takes over.

With music by Elton John, book by Kate Wetherhead, and lyrics Shaina Taub and Mark Sonnenblick, The Devil Wears Prada follows aspiring journalist Andy as she is initiated into the world of high fashion through an assistant position to the formidable Miranda Priestly.

The creative team further includes direction and choreography by Jerry Mitchell, set design by Tim Hatley, costume design by Gregg Barnes, lighting design by Bruno Poet, and sound design by Gareth Owen.
