In the Queen’s New Year Honours list, actor Michael Sheen has been awarded an OBE; Director Katie Mitchell OBE; Actress Liz Smith MBE; and Graeae Artistic Director Jennifer Sealey MBE for services to disability arts.

Actor Michael Sheen's (MBE) London stage credits include "Frost/Nixon" at the Donmar & Gielgud in 2006; "The UN Inspector" at the Olivier, NT in 2005; "Caligula" at the Donmar Warehouse in 2003; "Look Back In Anger" at the Lyttelton, NT in 1999; "Amadeus" at the Old Vic in 1998; "The Homecoming" at the Lyttelton, NT in 1997; "Henry V" for RSC at the Barbican Theatre in 1997; "Ends of the Earth" at the Cottesloe, NT in 1996. His film credits includes playing Tony Blair in the 2006 film "The Queen".

Jennifer Sealey (MBE) has been the artistic director of east London's Graeae Theatre Company, since 1997. Graeae Theatre Company is a disabled-led theatre company that profiles the skills of actors, writers and directors with physical and sensory impairments.
