Original Six cast to reunite for weekend of concerts
The Olivier Award-nominated performers will sing together for the first time in over a year, with audiences able to watch in-person or via a live stream.
Streaming service Thespie announced today that the original West End cast of Six will perform in a new concert together. The company will sing as part of The Reunion, the first concert that will be available to watch at the theatre or via a livestream.
The concert will star the original Six queens: Aimie Atkinson, Alexia McIntosh, Millie O'Connell, Natalie Paris, Maiya Quansah-Breed and Jarneia Richard-Noel. They earned a joint Olivier Award nomination for best supporting actress in a musical. Grace Mouat will also perform in the concert, uniting the seven cast members together again.
Ahead of the concert, they said in a statement: "We are beyond thrilled and excited to be back together again with our reunion show! and with an actual LIVE audience! We cannot wait to belt out some of our favourite girl power anthems and bring our fans an epic show they will never forget!"
There will be three performances of The Reunion, with two on October 10 and one on October 11. The global livestream of The Reunion will be held at Oval Space on October 10 at 9:30pm. The venue has a flexible seating plan allowing audiences to book for their support bubble. More information can be found here.
Six began its continuous run at the Arts Theatre in 2019, and will transfer to the Lyric Theatre for a 11-week engagement from November. Six tickets for performances at the Lyric Theatre are on sale now.
