Raven Theatre Company presents Patio / Porch, By Jack Heifner, at Above The Stag Theatre, a fringe venue in Victoria, central London, from 4 to 9 May 2010.

Starring Jade Allen, Laura Rugg and featuring live vocals and music from 'Long Stride Lizzy'.

It's mid-summer in small town Texas on a porch in 1956, and a patio in 1984. We follow the afternoon of four women full of Southern charm and character. However, underneath their animated chatter we discover lives are perhaps as empty as the dry Texas landscape which engulfs them. Land-locked, house-bound, hopeful, can these women really escape the lives they feel bound to live?
