Tina the Musical extends booking period in the West End

The upcoming Tina Turner musical has extended its booking period at the Aldwych Theatre in the West End.

Tina the Musical, which will begin previews on 21st March 2018, is now booking to the 20th October 2018 with over 100,000 new tickets being released. Click here to buy tickets.

Written by Katori Hall with Frank Ketelaar and Kees Prins, the musical will chart the life of rock 'n' roll legend Tina Turner and feature some of her biggest hits such as "Proud Mary" and "The Best".

Directed by Phyllida Lloyd (Mamma Mia!), the show will star American actress Adrienne Warren in the title role, alongside a cast including Kobna Holdbrook-Smith, Madeline Appiah, Lorna Gayle, Tom Godwin, Francesca Jackson, Aisha Jawando, Natey Jones, Gerard McCarthy, Ryan O'Donnell, and Jenny Fitzpatrick. Produced by Stage Entertainment, Tina will have choreography by Anthony van Laast, set and costume designs by Mark Thompson, lighting by Bruno Poet, sound by Nevin Steinberg, orchestrations by Ethan Popp and musical supervision by Nicholas Skilbeck.

Tina the Musical is at the Aldwych Theatre from 21st March, with an official opening on 17th April.
