Watch the ‘Ain’t Too Proud’ West End cast sing “My Girl”
The Tony-winning Temptations musical dramatises the soulful Motown quintet as they dealt with public and private issues to become a formidable musical force.
What can make us feel this way? It’s the Ain’t Too Proud cast singing together. Ahead of West End performances at the Prince Edward Theatre from 31 March, see the lead cast sing “My Girl.”
Ain't Too Proud follows the “Classic Five” Temptations members — Otis Williams, Melvin Franklin, Paul Williams, Eddie Kendricks, and David Ruffin — as they take the musical world by storm. Together, they achieved 42 top 10 hits, including "Get Ready," "If You Don't Know Me By Now," and "For Once In My Life."
Cameron Bernard Jones will play Melvin Franklin, alongside Kyle Cox as Paul Williams, Sifiso Mazibuko as Otis Williams, Tosh Wanogho-Maud as David Ruffin, and Mitchell Zhangazha as Eddie Kendricks.
Ain’t Too Proud is at the Prince Edward Theatre.
