Wicked: For Good, the second instalment of the film adaptation of the hit musical, has released its final trailer. The film will come out on 21 November in the UK.
Wicked tells the untold story of Glinda the Good Witch and Elphaba, the Wicked Witch of the West, who were friends before being torn apart due to opposing views on how to deal with and challenge corruption.
Part 1 of Wicked was released in cinemas in November 2024, and Wicked: For Good will be released a year later.
The two-part film stars Cynthia Erivo as Elphaba, Ariana Grande as Glinda, Jonathan Bailey as Fiyero, Ethan Slater as Boq, Michelle Yeoh as Madame Morrible, Peter Dinklage as Dr. Dillamond, Jeff Goldblum as The Wizard, Marissa Bode as Nessarose, Bowen Yang as Pfannee, Bronwyn James as ShenShen, and Sharon D. Clarke as the voice of Dulcibear.
Wicked opened in the West End in 2006, and next year will celebrate its 20th anniversary.
