Five additional performances of A Little Life will take place at the Savoy Theatre this summer.

Ivo van Hove, Koen Tachelet, and Hanya Yanigahara adapt Yanaighara's 2015 novel of the same name. The A Little Life play follows four college friends — Willem, Malcolm, JB, and Jude — as they grapple adulthood in New York City.

In a four-star A Little Life review on London Theatre, our critic said: “what comes out of A Little Life is not the excessive trauma and graphic abuse, but rather, how amid these terrors, the characters remain steadfast in their dedication to one another, searching for common ground and belonging even while struggling with trust and intimacy... We should all be so lucky to find their loyalty and love.”

James Norton plays Jude, alongside Luke Thompson as Willem, Omari Douglas as JB, Zach Wyatt as Malcolm, Elliot Cowman, Zubin Varla, Nathalie Armin and Emilio Doorgasingh.

Ivo van Hove directs, with set and lighting design by Jan Versweyveld, costume design by An D’Huys, and music and sound design by Eric Sleichim.

When is A Little Life in London?

A Little Life is at the Harold Pinter Theatre to 18 June. A Little Life then transfers to the Savoy Theatre from 4 July to 5 August.
