The circus is back in town! Cirque du Soleil will return to London with a revival of its internationally acclaimed show Ovo, running at the Royal Albert Hall from 9 January to 1 February 2026.

Meaning "egg" in Portuguese, Ovo brings to life a world of crickets, ants, butterflies, spiders, beetles, and more, centering on a love story between a fly and a ladybug, unfolding around a mysterious egg that sparks curiosity and transformation.

The acts — which include aerial silks, Chinese poles, trampoline wall, contortion, foot juggling, cradle, and slackwire — are set against a colourful floral backdrop and a 19-meter climbing wall.

The all-ages production showcases 53 acrobats and musicians from 25 countries across the world. The company includes two renowned British talents: Robin Beer, a clown who plays the character The Voyager, and Lydia Harper, the artistic director of Ovo.

Ovo premiered in 2009 and was first seen at the Royal Albert Hall in in 2018. The venue is Cirque's de facto home in London, having also hosted its shows Corteo in 2025 and Alegria in 2024.
