Finian's Rainbow - musical at the Union Theatre in Feb

The Union Theatre presents Finian's Rainbow, a new production of the Broadway musical, at the Union Theatre, a 40 -seat fringe venue in Southwark, south London, from 12 Feb to 15 March 2014.

Finian's Rainbow has music by Burton Lane, lyrics by E.Y. Harburg, book by E.Y. Harburg and Fred Saidy and is adapted by Charlotte Moore.

The musical is directed by Phil Willmott, with choreography by Thomas Michael Voss. Cast includes James Horne, Christina Bennington, Raymond Walsh, Michael Moulton, Anne Odeke, Marcia Lorenzo Cerise Reid, Michael J Hayes, John Last, Joseph Peters, Laura Bella Griffin, David Malcolm, Chris Kayson, Joshua Coley, Carl Bradley, Celia Byrne, Laura Webb, Shani Cantor, Danielle Acors, Lucy Murdoch, Rebecca Crawley, Abigail Carter Simpson and Stacey Victoria Bland.

Finian's Rainbow is about an Irish immigrant, pursued by a leprechaun, hoping to grow gold in the soil around Fort Knox whilst finding a husband for his daughter. The show contains the songs Old Devil Moon, If This Isn't Love, Look to the Rainbow and How are Things in Glocca Morra?
