Further casting announced for Pinter at the Pinter season

Antony Sher, Russell Tovey, and Kate O'Flynn join the line-up at the Harold Pinter

Further casting has been announced for Jamie Lloyd's season of Harold Pinter's one-act plays, held at the theatre that bears his name.

Antony Sher (King Lear) and Kate O'Flynn (The Ferryman) will join Paapa Essiedu and Maggie Steed in One For The Road, New World Order, Mountain Language and Ashes to Ashes from 6th September to 20th October. The first three plays are directed by Lloyd, with Ashes to Ashes directed by Lia Williams.

Russell Tovey (Angels in America) and Hayley Squires (Cat on a Hot Tin Roof) join David Suchet and John Macmillan in The Lover and The Collection, which will run in rep with One for the Road et al. between 13th September and 20th October.

Night School, directed by Ed Stambollouian, will star Jessica Barden (The End of the F***ing World) from 1st November to 8th December. The production runs with Lyndsey Turner directing Moonlight.

Penelope Wilton will join Tamsin Greig and Keith Allen in Landscape and A Kind of Alaska from 25th October to 8th December.

Luke Thallon (The Inheritance) joins Jane Horrocks, Emma Naomi, Nicholas Woodesen and Rupert Graves in the cast of The Room, Victoria Station and Family Voices, which will be directed by Patrick Marber from 13th December to 26th January 2019.

Previously announced casting for other productions includes: Danny Dyer and Martin Freeman in The Dumb Waiter; and Celia Imrie, Tracy-Ann Oberman, Abraham Popoola, John Simm, Phil Davis, Gary Kemp in Party Time and Celebration.

Last week, it was also announced that Mark Rylance would perform the lecture Pinter gave when he accepted his Nobel Prize in two special charity performances.
