The full casting has been announced for the upcoming production of Endgame at the Old Vic, opening next year.

Jane Horrocks will star in Endgame, recently starring in the Pinter at the Pinter season at the Harold Pinter Theatre, as well as starring in East is East and Cabaret at the Donmar Warehouse. She has also starred in The Rise and Fall of Little Voice at the National Theatre and its subsequent West End transfer, reprising the role in the 1998 film adaptation.

Karl Johnson completes the cast of Endgame, previously starring in Old Vic productions of King Lear and As You Like It, as well as appearing in Girl from the North Country and Barking in Essex. Television credits include Call the Midwife and Lark Rise to Candleford.

They join the previously announced Daniel Radcliffe and Alan Cumming, who will star as Clov and Hamm respectively.

Endgame follows the lives of a tyrant named Hamm and his servant Clov as they're locked in a stalemate, clinging on to their usual routines even when they're interrupted regularly by Hamm's parents. The play will be performed at the Old Vic as part of a double bill with Samuel Beckett's Rough for Theatre II.

Beckett's play will be staged as part of Matthew Warchus' fifth season as artistic director at the Old Vic, also including the return of Jack Thorne's adaptation of A Christmas Carol and the world premiere of Local Hero.

Endgame is at the Old Vic from 27th January.
