"Kneehigh's twisted production of Hansel and Gretel, promises to delight children and brave adults alike. With their trademark brand of wit, charm and sometimes anarchic storytelling, the innovative Cornish theatre company has re-imagined the classic Brothers Grimm fairytale in which times are tough and food is scarce for poor Hansel and Gretel. But who could ignore the lure of a magical gingerbread house and its boundless sweet treats?"

It is written by Carl Grose. Music by Ian Ross & Stu Barker. Directed by Mike Shepherd, designed by Michael Vale , lighting by Mike Gunning, sound by Jason Barnes. Co produced with the Bristol Old Vic.

Cast includes Carl Grose (Father, The Witch), Joanna Holden (Gretel), Chris Price (Hansel), Edith Tankus (Mother, The Bird).
