Mandy Patinkin: In Concert, will be at the Duke Of York's Theatre 8 to 18 Jan 2009.

Starring Mandy Patinkin, accompanied by Paul Ford on piano - a musical celebration of the great songwriters such as Sondheim, Rodgers and Hammerstein, Irving Berlin, Cole Porter, Randy Newman etc.

Mandy Patinkin won a Tony Award for his 1980 Broadway debut as 'Che' in "Evita" and was again nominated in 1984 for his starring role in the Pulitzer Prize-winning "Sunday in the Park with George". His solo concerts, "Mandy Patinkin in Concert", "Celebrating Sondheim" and "Mamaloshen" have been presented on Broadway and on tour in the United States and internationally. Mandy's last appearance on the London stage was when he played a sold-out engagement at the Almeida Theatre in 1996.

In 1995, Mandy won an Emmy Award for his performance in the television series "Chicago Hope", and most recently starred in the television series "Criminal Minds" as FBI profiler 'Jason Gideon'. His films have included "The Princess Bride", "Yentl", "Ragtime", "The Doctor", "Alien Nation", "Dick Tracy", "The House on Carroll Street" and "True Colours".
