Neil Labute's "The Shape of Things" at the New Ambassadors Theatre from 7 May 2004

Neil LaBute's The Shape of Things, opens at the New Ambassadors Theatre 17 May 2004, following previews from 7 May 2004.

The play premiered at the Almeida Theatre in Summer 2001, and subsequently transferred to New York.

This new production will feature Alicia Witt as 'Evelyn', Enzo Cilenti as 'Adam', Sienna Guillory as 'Jenny', James Murray as 'Philip'.

The play is directed by Julian Webber and designed by Simon Higlett and is produced by Kenny Wax in association with PW Productions, Lee Menzies Ltd and McLaren Burnell.

Alicia Witt has just finished filming "Kingdom In Twilight" and "The Upside of Anger", and is best known for the films "Two Weeks Notice", "Vanilla Sky", and "Mr Holland's Opus", also as 'Zoe' in the Tv series "Cybill".

Enzo Cilenti film credits include "Wonderland", "Late Night Shopping", and appears in the forthcoming films "Colour Me Kubrick" and "Millions". His TV work includes "Where The Heart Is", "Trial and Retribution 2" and "Spooks 2".

Sienna Guillory's recent films include "The Principles of Lust", "The Time Machine", and "Late Night Shopping"

James Murray has been seen in "Clocking Off", "All The King's Men" and "Phoenix Blue", and as 'Johnny Boy' in "North Square" and 'Adonis' in "Kevin and Perry Go Large."

How far would you go for love? For art? What would you be willing to change? Which price might you pay? This play digs into these ideas by peeling back the skin of two modern relationships, revealing all the meat and gristle that lies below.

(Prior to opening in the West End the show will play a season at the Theatre Royal Plymouth finishing 3 April, and week commenciong 6 April at the Theatre Royal Brighton.)
