Three new alternate queens have been announced for the West End production of Six the Musical.

Cherelle Jay, Zara MacIntosh and Hana Stewart are currently in rehearsals for the production, replacing the outgoing Vicki Manser, Grace Mouat and Courtney Stapleton from October.

In June, it was announced that Courtney Bowman, Danielle Steers, Collette Guitart and Shekinah McFarlane would join the cast of the production, which runs at the Arts Theatre.

Written by Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss, the pop musical brings to life the six wives of King Henry VIII, allowing them to each tell their story through a collection of contemporary songs. The production started life at the Edinburgh Festival, before transferring to London. It now has planned productions in Australia and the US, including on Broadway, where it will run at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre following the closure of Waitress in January.

Earlier this year, the musical was nominated for five Olivier Awards, including best musical, outstanding achievement in music, and best actress in a supporting role in a musical (all six cast members jointly nominated).

Six the Musical is booking at the Arts Theatre until 5th July 2020.

Six tickets are available now.
