A new cast for the West End production of Hamilton has been announced as the production prepares to enter its second year in London.

Jamael Westman will continue in the lead role of Alexander Hamilton, as will Tarinn Callender as Hercules Mulligan/James Madison, Rachelle Ann Go as Eliza Hamilton, Jason Pennycooke as Marquis de Lafayette/Thomas Jefferson and Cleve September as John Laurens/Philip Hamilton

From 3rd December 2018, Sifiso Mazibuko will take on the role of Aaron Burr while Courtney-Mae Briggs will play Peggy Schuyler/Maria Reynolds.

New cast members include Allyson Ava-Brown as Angelica Schuyler, Dom Hartley-Harris as George Washington and Jon Robyns as King George. They will be joined by Robson Broad, Lisa Darnell, Joe Griffiths-Brown, Sinead Long, Emile Ruddock and Ellena Vincent. 

At some performances. Karl Queensborough will play Alexander Hamilton while Ash Hunter will play the role over the Christmas period from 17th December to 12th January 2019.

Also continuing in the production will be Jade Albertsen, Curtis Angus, Stephenson Ardern-Sodje, Johnny Bishop, Jack Butterworth, Kelly Downing, Leslie Garcia Bowman, Gregory Haney, Leah Hill, Barney Hudson, Waylon Jacobs, Aaron Lee Lambert, Phoebe Liberty, Sharon Rose, Alexzandra Sarmiento and Lindsey Tierney.

The West End production of Lin-Manuel Miranda's musical opened at the Victoria Palace Theatre in December 2017 to a string of five-star reviews.

Recently, the show was in the news after Prince Harry attended a charity gala performance with Miranda, singing a few lines of King George's song "You'll Be Back" for the audience.

Hamilton is currently booking at the Victoria Palace Theatre until 30th March 2019.
