Not The Messiah - the life of Graham Chapman

Three's Company and Theatre503 present Not The Messiah, by Tom Crawshaw, at the Theatre503, a 60-seat fringe above the Latchmere Pub, in Battersea, south London, 7 to 11 Jan 2014, before going on to a UK tour which will include Belfast and Derby.

Directed by Yaz Al-Shaater, design by Jacob Hughes, lighting by Celia Dugua, sound by James Percival and starring George Telfer (Graham Chapman).

Not The Messiah is about the life of Graham Chapman, who found fame as a member of the Monty Python comedy act. Chapman, who died in 1989 aged 48, was also a qualified doctor, keen mountaineer, alcoholic and Britain's first openly gay comedian. The play retells his tragic-comic life through a series of Pythonesque sketches.
