NT ANNOUNCES SCHEDULE 26th Nov 01 to 12th Jan 02

The Royal National Theatre have announced their new schedule covering 26th Nov 01 to 12th Jan 02

 

Opening in this period

South Pacific, Music by Richard Rodgers, Lyrics by Oscar Hammerstein II, book by Oscar Hammerstein II and Joshua Logan, adapted from the novel 'Tales of the South Pacific' by James A Michener. It is directed by Trevor Nunn, designed by John Napier and choreographed by Matthew Bourne. The cast includes Philip Quast as 'Emile de Becque'.

No Man's Land, by Harold Pinter, starring Andy de la Tour, Danny Dyer, Corin Redgrave, John Wood. Directed by Harold Pinter. "I have known this before. The door unlocked. The entrance of a stranger. The offer of alms. The shark in the harbour."

Gagarin Way, by Gregory Burke, starring Bill McElhaney, MIchael Moreland, Michael Nardone, Maurice Roeves. Directed by John Tiffany. Eddie wants to feel the difference between recreational violence for a reason. Gary needs the blood, sweat and tears of his comrades to mean something to someone. Frank's the closest target - but he's not playing the game. and Tom? Tom just came back for his hat.

The Wonder of Sex, by National Theatre of Brent , starring Patrick Barlow , John Ramm A shocking yet tasteful expose.
